  HBJ-50 Insulating Self-Adhesive Tape is a rubber-based tape with good formability, high insulation, and suitable for voltage ratings up to 500kV. It is a non-vulcanized, stable material with excellent insulation properties, designed to meet the emergency overload requirements for both protected conductors and conductor connections. The emergency overload temperature can reach up to 130°C.

  4.Main insulation material for 10kV-35kV joint-type cable mid-sections.

  Instructions: 

  Remove the isolation film from the self-adhesive tape, stretch it by approximately 200%, and wrap it in an overlapping manner around the parts that need insulation or waterproof sealing protection. (Note:When the tape is exposed to air,an additional layer of PVC adhesive tape should be applied for protection.) Store in a cool, dry place, and the shelf life is 30 months.
