 Application:

Primarily used for moisture-proof and condensation-proof sealing in electrical cabinets, such as high and low-voltage switch cabinets, terminal boxes, prefabricated substations, and cable distribution boxes.

  Features:

Cures at room temperature, making application convenient.

Silicone-based material with excellent electrical insulation properties.

High aging resistance, ensuring long service life.

  Flame-retardant with a UL94 V-0 rating.

After curing, the seal is smooth and aesthetically pleasing, with effective sealing that prevents moisture and small animals from entering the cable compartment of the switch cabinet.

  Halogen-free liquid material.

Excellent chemical resistance and humidity/heat resistance.

 Instructions:

1.Use epoxy boards and aluminum foil tape to pre-seal larger holes at the bottom of the cabinet, then seal gaps with fireproof putty, ensuring as flat a surface as possible to prevent material leakage.

  2.Mix the components in a 10:1 ratio (Component A:Component B).

3.Pour the mixed compound at multiple points—center, corners, etc.—to facilitate leveling, and use auxiliary tools to help it level quickly. The workable time is about 20-25 minutes.

4.Avoid touching the surface after the compound has gelled, as this may affect the appearance.
