Application Case 1: 10KV Overhead Bare Conductor Insulation Treatment
When 10KV overhead bare conductors are too close to buildings, compromising the required safety distance, HB525W is wrapped around the section of the conductor near the building to provide insulation protection. This ensures safety by insulating the conductor and mitigating the risks associated with close proximity to residential or commercial structures.

Application Case 3: Insulation and Sealing Protection for Overhead Line Clamps
Line clamps,which act as conductors for electrical current and connect power fittings are more prone to moisture ingress than conductors due to their unique structure and location.Moisture accumulation inside the clamps can cause significant hazards.
There are many types of overhead conductor clamps,such as tension clamps,wedge clamps,parallel groove clamps and H-type clamps,most of which have irregular shapes.In its uncured state,HB525W is very soft and conformable,making it easy to adhere to these irregularly shaped clamps.Additionally,HB525W adheres well to metal surfaces,ensuring a secure fit.

Application Case 4: Top Insulation of Support Insulator
The exposed wires on both sides of the support insulators on 10KV overhead line towers are prone to contact by birds or objects such as metal wires carried by birds, which can cause line tripping.
The HB525W is mainly used for insulation protection within a certain range on both sides of the support insulators to prevent short circuits and tripping caused by bird contact.
Application Case 5: Sealing Cable Entry Holes at the Bottom of Switchgear and Distribution Boxe
