It is a special tape in strip shape designed for 10KV overhead bare wire insulation and bare point insulation and waterproof protection of insulated lines,which can be constructed quickly and cured at room temperature. The HB525W is a special band-shaped pad designed for rapid installation,providing insulation and waterproof protection for 10KV overhead bare conductors and exposed points of insulated lines.It can cure at room temperature.
Before curing,the HB525W material has a certain initial strength,excellent self-fusing properties,and outstanding adhesion and conformability.
After curing,it offers excellent insulation,superior elasticity,outstanding UV resistance,good adhesion to metals,and notable heat and flame resistance.
HB525W can be used for protecting overhead conductors,clamps,and exposed electrical connection points,enhancing the stability of power systems.

Application Scenario 1: 10KV Overhead Bare Conductor Insulation Treatment
When 10KV overhead bare conductors are too close to buildings,compromising the required safety distance,HB525W is wrapped around the section of the conductor near the building to provide insulation protection.This ensures safety by insulating the conductor and mitigating the risks associated with close proximity to residential or commercial structures.
Application Scenario 2: Insulation Sealing of Exposed Electrical Connection Points
The overhead wire is connected to the switch or transformer on outdoor column through the jumper,the connection point exposed in the air which easy to cause safety hazards after water vapor entered.For overhead insulated wires that connect to outdoor poles, switches, or transformers through jumper wires, the connection points are often exposed to the air, making them susceptible to moisture ingress, which can create safety hazards.

Application Scenario 3: Insulation and Sealing Protection for Overhead Line Clamps
Line clamps,which act as conductors for electrical current and connect power fittings,are more prone to moisture ingress than conductors due to their unique structure and location.Moisture accumulation inside the clamps can cause significant hazards.
There are many types of overhead conductor clamps,such as tension clamps,wedge clamps,parallel groove clamps,and H-type clamps,most of which have irregular shapes.In its uncured state,HB525W is very soft and conformable,making it easy to adhere to these irregularly shaped clamps.Additionally,HB525W adheres well to metal surfaces,ensuring a secure fit.

AApplication Scenario 4: Top Insulation of Support Insulator
The exposed wires on both sides of the support insulators on 10KV overhead line towers are prone to contact by birds or objects such as metal wires carried by birds,which can cause line tripping.
The HB525W is mainly used for insulation protection within a certain range on both sides of the support insulators to prevent short circuits and tripping caused by bird contact.
Application Scenario 5: Sealing Cable Entry Holes at the Bottom of Switchgear and Distribution Boxe
