Product Introduction Of Flame Retardant Silicone Self-amalgamation Tape
In March 2001,CASAC independently developed a new kind of insulation material:HB1522 Flame retardant silicone self-amalgamation tape in response to the demand of insulation materials under high&low temperature,high pressure and strong ultraviolet in the power industry,and the demand of domestic aircraft manufacturing and maintenance industry.
In April 2013,HB1522 passed the strict audit and obtained the product invention patent certificate of the State Intellectual Property Office.
Now it is widely used in the aircraft manufacturing industry.And in the power industry,it has been identified as an innovative and advanced new insulation material and has been recognized and gradually adopted by the power sector at all levels.
Up to now,there are successful application cases in 380V,10kV,35kV,110kV,220kV voltage levels of equipment.
Features：
Suitable for low or high voltage(380V-330kV),indoors or outdoors.No matter whether the shape of bare conductors and joints are regular or not,it can be wrapped for insulation protection.
1.Good high&low temperature resistant property,it can work at the temperature of
-60~200℃for a long time;
2.UV resistant,it can work in outdoor in the sun for a long time without aging and cracking;
Without any adhesive on the surface,ensure that it can run for a long time without loosening or falling off;
3.Anaerobic,anaerobic,flame retardant(self-extinguishing from fire);
4.Excellent insulation property;
5.The product of 0.8mm thickness is suitable for 380V~10kV,1.5mm thickness is suitable for 35kV~330kV.The insulation protection of 10kV only needs 0.8mm thickness,and a good insulation of 20kV/mm can be achieved by the two-layers bonding;
6.Extremely simple to operate,no need heating,no need tools;
7.Long life,guaranteed for 10 years,do not fall off and insulation strength does not reduce;
8.Strong elasticity,when stretching≤5 times of the length,when release it can rebound to the original length before stretching.
